Using Deal Diver
Deal Diver is a free service that emails you deals matched to your stated preferences. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and the email address you give us must be yours.
Deals are third-party offers
Prices, discounts and availability come from retailers and can change at any time without notice. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee a price is correct or that a deal is still available when you click. Purchases are made with the retailer, under their terms — Deal Diver is not a party to those transactions and isn't responsible for the products, service or returns.
Affiliate links and sponsored placements
Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are clearly labelled. Neither changes whether a deal matches your preferences.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account. You can update your preferences, unsubscribe or delete your account at any time from the preferences portal or the link in any newsletter. Please don't misuse the service: no automated scraping of Deal Diver, no attempts to break or overload it, and no use that breaks the law.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or end it, and update these terms; if a change is material we'll say so on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use Deal Diver after a change means you accept it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Deal Diver isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from purchases you make from retailers we link to. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
